With myTapp, your customer arrives at the establishment, goes to the cashier, opens a tab, and receives a prepaid or postpaid consumption card. When tapped on the machine, this card lets the consumer choose the draft beer they want and pour as much as they like.
Technology has been revolutionizing the bar, brewery, and restaurant industry, bringing convenience, autonomy, and efficiency. Besides the savings for the bar owner, it brings a significant improvement in customer satisfaction and experience.
myTapp automates the draft beer line you already have. Our solution includes the operating system software, so you can manage your bar from your computer or phone, the high-tech screens we produce ourselves, and all the automation equipment that sits in your cold room.
The most common setup is the cold room, and it is also the easiest to maintain because of the larger space, which lets all the items in the line be installed in a more organized and therefore more accessible way.
In addition, using a cold room is the most efficient way to keep keg temperature under control. However, if your space is small and cannot fit a cold room, don’t worry. There is also the option of installing in refrigerated counters, kegerators, and electric draft beer dispensers.
Between the first contact, the negotiation, the contract, and the installation, there can be a significant gap in time. So, if you are opening a bar and want to start with self-pour right away, the ideal is to contact us at least 45 days before the opening.
Yes. Our operation runs on tab cards. If you are our customer and use the myTapp system, you can request them online by clicking here! Just select the option Other Questions > Card Request. We will assist you quickly!
Generic cards are the ones that are ready for delivery at myTapp, with NFC and RFID technology, and are not customized, meaning they carry the myTapp logo.
Customized cards, on the other hand, are made according to the bar’s visual identity. The delivery time is 15 days of production plus shipping time. The minimum order quantity is 100 units.

In this section, you will see how the myTapp contract and payment methods work.
The contract is a Licensing and Equipment Loan (comodato) agreement. The Licensing covers the license to use the myTapp system/software.
The equipment loan (comodato) is a loan of the equipment, and the customer pays for the license to use the system/software. This payment is split into an initial license fee plus a monthly license fee.
For payments made by the customer, myTapp issues Service Invoices for Software Licensing.
For the shipment of equipment, invoices are issued with the following nature: Shipment of Goods under a Loan or Lease Agreement.
The relationship between myTapp and customers is a partnership. We offer full-time guidance and support, as well as other guarantees, such as equipment replacement. Customers, in turn, take responsibility for the items. Below, you can see more details.
Under this loan model, the customer has a lifetime guarantee on the equipment. This means that if the contract lasts 5 years, throughout those 5 years myTapp will carry out all maintenance and equipment replacements at no cost to the customer (including shipping costs, which are paid by myTapp).
It is myTapp’s obligation to keep the equipment working at all times and to make replacements within the deadlines set out in the contract.
myTapp customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Service via WhatsApp runs Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to midnight.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take care of the equipment as if it were their own, carrying out cleaning, calibration, and maintenance as provided in the contract and according to myTapp’s instructions.
The customer also has the duty to ship defective equipment to myTapp. In the event of termination or suspension of the contract, the customer is obligated to ship the equipment to myTapp.
Refusal or failure to ship the equipment to myTapp, as provided in the contract, may be understood as misappropriation, and myTapp is authorized to charge the customer the value of the equipment withheld.
Self-pour draft beer has a long list of benefits that can bring more speed and savings to bars. myTapp goes further and offers several tools that can directly support management.
The system works intuitively, helping the manager handle keg purchases and changes, showing which beers sell best, and even providing customer insights that can be used in marketing actions. All of this without having to download an app, thanks to the myTapp WebApp.
The myTapp WebApp can be accessed directly from your smartphone’s browser, whether Android or iOS.

They are two modes you can choose from to run the myTapp system.
In prepaid mode, the customer adds credits and then consumes, and in postpaid mode the customer can choose to add credits first or consume first and pay for what was consumed afterward.
The ideal percentage is between 10% and 15%. The waste report includes bleeds (sangrias), staff pours, and unused beer.
“Unused” is when a keg is changed before it has run out, which causes waste. Another situation is to check whether the operation has too many bleeds and staff-mode pours, since the system also counts these as waste.
In the reports tab, there is the “Beers” menu. Just select the month you want to analyze for the most consumed beer, and the result will appear as a chart with the percentages of the most consumed beers.
To export the report, go to Tabs > export customers > all.
You can get this information under Reports > Consumers > filter by the desired date > Search.
